Life coaching is an investment that can change your life…if you are open to new ideas and ready to dig in and clean up your thinking. Imagine an hour with a trained coach where we focus on You and making your life better. I am honored to work with clients who are seeking positive change in their lives. Please be informed, life coaching is not a form of therapy and should not be used in place of such. People who benefit from life coaching do so because they are healthy and want to boost performance or feel like their lives are off track.

I give a free 30 minute “get acquainted” session. This gives you a chance to see what it’s like to work with me.

Sessions are by phone. You call me from the comfort of your own space free from distractions and ready to focus on yourself.

Along with my packages I offer email support in case anything pops up between sessions.
